We’ll be covering the first couple chapters about our inner critic and voice of our inner wisdom which she calls our inner mentor.
Here are 3 takeaways from today’s episode:
1. Everyone has an inner critic and it can hold us back from
playing big.
2. Naming and becoming aware of that critic is Step One in
playing big.
3. Having a relationship with our inner critic is a lifelong journey but as we make peace with that part of us, our intuitive self or inner mentor, can immerge which can help and comfort us on that journey!
