Here are three takeaways from the episode:
1. One type of change that comes to us is via our intuition – a kind of inner steering and we try to discern how much volume to give that inner voice. Key is to quiet everything else so we can hear our inner voice and find our ‘inner knowing’. Mindful Mediation or journaling can help find the silence and quiet.
2. We don’t need to compromise ourselves – we can find our own space to just be ourselves. Exploring what we want to do and who we are is not enough – we need to take action and ‘do it’. It can start with action that is low risk so we learn and adjust.
3. Most of us think success is reaching a destination but the journey and the steps taken can be success. Control can jump in and derail our efforts. If we hold too tight we can miss our own energy shifts.

Anne was originally a Kentucky-girl and grew up playing soccer and running after her big brother. She took her pursuit of soccer through college and played at the professional level. Her tenacity as a young girl was the foundation of her 10 year career in corporate and her coaching business today. Anne currently lives in North Carolina with her family.
